There are also many types of vane pump. Many friends are familiar with some of them, but their understanding is not comprehensive. Today we would like to introduce one of the single-acting vane pumps to you.
The working principle of our single-acting vane pump is briefly introduced here, hoping to help you use the single-acting vane pump better.
Working principle: It is mainly composed of stator, rotor, blade and oil distribution plate. The inner surface of the stator is cylindrical, the rotor is eccentrically installed in the stator, i.e. there is an eccentricity e, and the blades are installed in the rotor radial chute and can slide radially in the slot.
When the rotor rotates, under the action of centrifugal force and pressure oil at the root of the blade, the blade clings to the inner surface of the stator, thus forming a sealed working cavity between two adjacent blades. On one side, the blades gradually extend, the sealed working chamber gradually increases, forming a partial vacuum and forming oil absorption; On the other hand, the other side forms pressurized oil.
For each revolution of the rotor, the blades slide back and forth in the chute once, completing one oil suction and one oil pressure. The radial force generated by oil pressure is unbalanced, so it is called single-acting vane pump or unbalanced vane pump.
