Which Three Basic Conditions Must Hydraulic Pump Work Normally?

All kinds of hydraulic pumps have different components for pumping, but the pumping principle is the same. The volume of all pumps increases on the oil suction side and decreases on the oil pressure side. Through the above analysis, it can be concluded that the working principle of the hydraulic pump is exactly the same as that of the injection, and the hydraulic pump must meet three conditions for normal oil suction.

1. Whether it is oil absorption or oil pressure, there must be two or more closed (well sealed and separated from atmospheric pressure) chambers formed by moving parts and non-moving parts, one (or several) of which is the oil absorption chamber and one (or several) is the oil pressure chamber.

2. The size of the sealed volume changes periodically with the movement of the moving parts. The volume changes from small to large-oil absorption, from large to small-oil pressure.

When the volume of the closed chamber can gradually change from small to large (the working volume increases), the “suction” of oil (in fact, the atmospheric pressure introduces oil pressure) is realized. This chamber is called the oil suction chamber (oil suction process); When the volume of the closed chamber changes from large to small (the working volume decreases), the oil is discharged under pressure. This chamber is called the oil pressure chamber (oil pressure process). The output flow rate of the hydraulic pump is related to the volume of the closed chamber, and is directly proportional to the volume change and the number of changes per unit time, independent of other factors.

3. It has corresponding oil distribution mechanism to separate the oil absorption area from the oil compression area.

When the sealed volume increases to the limit, it shall be separated from the oil suction chamber first, and then converted to oil discharge. When the sealed volume is reduced to the limit, it shall be separated from the oil discharge chamber first and then transferred to oil absorption, i.e. the two chambers shall be separated by a sealing section or by oil distribution devices (such as oil distribution by pan, shaft or valve). When the pressure and oil suction chambers are communicated without being separated or not well separated, the volume change from small to large or from large to small (offset each other) cannot be realized because the oil suction and the oil pressure chambers are communicated, so that a certain degree of vacuum cannot be formed in the oil suction chamber, oil cannot be sucked, and oil cannot be output in the oil pressure chamber.

All types of hydraulic pumps must meet the above three conditions when sucking and pressing oil, which will be explained later. Different pumps have different working chambers and different oil distribution devices, but the necessary conditions can be summarized as follows: as a hydraulic pump, there must be a periodically changeable sealed volume, and there must be an oil distribution device to control the oil absorption and pressure process.
