Servo pump uses a servo motor to control the hydraulic pump and provide power source to the hydraulic cylinder to form a servo pump. The difference from a simple power pump is that the power pump has a single output, while the servo pump can be precisely controlled due to the servo motor, because the output power can be changed as needed.
The main control principle is to supply different flows of hydraulic oil according to the amount of hydraulic oil required for different working conditions, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving. Since the amount of oil supply is determined by the servo motor, the amount of hydraulic oil circulating is also reduced, lowering the oil temperature. The proportional valve is replaced with a servo motor, which reduces the oil temperature heating caused by the pressure difference of the proportional valve. At the same time, due to the selection of servo motors and oil pumps, noise will also be reduced. The structure of the hydraulic system using a servo pump is also simpler and the system maintenance is more convenient.
